Currently working in the facilities engineering industry as a Project Administrator for Winzler and Kelly and has been there for two years. Her background is a combination of project administration and management as well as computer drafting in the architectural and engineering fields and management for architectural and construction firms. Deedee also has experience as a business owner and manager of an interior design and architectural drafting firm. She was born and raised in Napa and attends the Crosswalk Community Church there. She has worked for the past five years with the Napa Coats for Kids program as the Director and has experience with many other fundraising events and charity programs and organizations.

Police Officer for the City of Napa, CA. and has served this community for nine years. He has served on the Board of Directors of the First Baptist Church for a term of three years, one of which he served as moderator. He is the Founder of the Napa Coats for Kids charity program. He has been a member of the Napa Elks Lodge #832 for over two years. He has experience with several fund raising events and charities in the Napa community.
Dr. Peter R. Shaw - Treasurer
Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Napa, CA, serving in that capacity since November 1999. Additionally, he serves as a Mentor Pastor for Growing Healthy Churches, Inc., where he also holds a position on the Board of Directors. Shaw received his Doctor of Ministry degree (2006) from Northern Seminary in Lombard, IL, where he also received his Master of Divinity degree (1995). He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ottawa University, Ottawa, KS in 1992.

Owner Operator of Advantage Home Health Care, a company based in Fairfield, CA and serving Solano, Yolo and Napa Counties. She has worked in the health care field for over twenty five years. She and her husband Bill live in Napa and own their home there. She has three grown daughters and one beautiful granddaughter. She attends the Crosswalk Community Church and has been intimately involved in the Napa Coats for Kids and the Napa to Nairobi fundraising and distribution events.
Bio for Ben Neuman - Board Officer
Graduated 1978 Calistoga High School, and earned an Associate of Science Degree 1981 Santa Rosa Junior College. He is a Certified Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical Inspector by the International Code Conference. Ben is also a current member California Association of Code Enforcement Officers. He has been married for 23 years to Deanna (Dani) Lynn, has two daughters, Kathryn (Kaci) Smith and Nicole Neuman and has one beautiful granddaughter, Emersen Lynn. He has been a Napa county resident since 1964 and a homeowner in Napa since 1987. Ben is currently employed by the County of Sonoma where he was hired twenty one years ago as building inspector, promoted to Code Enforcement Supervisor in 1998, and then to Code Enforcement Manager in 2002. Ben’s pastimes include spending time at church, riding his motorcycle with his wife Dani, giving lots of attention to his granddaughter, and breaking bread with friends.
